The purple tones give it a creepy surreal touch, so do the wires that come out of her.. is it female? head.

Yep, the default female-model that poser 5 comes with. And the hybrid was also portrayed by a female-actor in Battlestar Galactica, even though it wasnΒ΄t really a human, just looking a bit like it.
