I'm guessing the person hasn't seen the episode of the new reboot PPG series which contained the flashback sequence where Bubbles brings a radioactive chemical to a show and tell and accidentally splashes on the hamster, who in turn, grows to the size of a two-story building, ripping the roof off of the structure. The girls' dad, Professor Utonium, decides to send them off to Midway Elementary School, located a few blocks from Pokey Oaks in suburban Townsville, which has now been obliterated by Pokey Oak School's pet hamster, who now lives in the Pokey Oaks School ruins. The girls have also acted like teens ever since they started their classes at Midway. Miss Keane continues teaching the girls at Midway.

I know who made that idiotic picture. It's some manchild from the Powerpuff Girls Wiki who would always throw a tantrum whenever someone does something as mundane as pointing a flaw to the reboot. He has thankfully been banned from the site, but he has been stalking the place apparently, if I'm not mistaken.

I'd tell you who it is, but I'd prefer I mention his name privately rather than in front of a huge crowd.
