I always loved the villain designs from Static Shock. This is my take on more modern versions of Hotstreak, Ebon, and Shiv.I am hopeful for Milestone's return but the last few have been pretty hit or miss. The last absolutely brilliant Milestone comic in my opinion was Milestone Forever (Part 1 & 2) written by the late Dwayne McDuffie.
