Personality: Akiko is stubborn and likes to do things on her own. She also doesn't like being told what to do. Overall Akiko is kind and loves to have a good time. She isn't shy to use trickery either, as is a trademark of Kitsunes. She believes strongly that everyone deserves to live life the way they want and reap their own consequences. She is a risk-taker and wants to live and love as she pleases. Though, she isn't stupid. She is actually very smart, due to being put into school and forced to study. Akiko loves making friends. She can be a bit snooty at times, and very mischievous.
History: Akiko is from a high-class family who was very strict and demanding of her. Her, Her mother and father, and her older brother. They tried to decide exactly how her life would go for her, and she resented it greatly. The straw that broke the camels back was when they tried to arrange a marriage for her. To a kitsune she didn't love nor even knew other than his name and face. For her family was very adamant that she keep the bloodline "clean". Akiko, a day before her wedding confronted her family and told them she wouldn't go through with it. Her parents, of course, were furious, so they banished her from the family. And she and her older brother were separated. Sending Akiko away to find her own way. She bounced from small town to small town, all so different from her village back home. Until she found LilyPad, which had strange rumors of dark forces lurking in the dark. Hearing all the good things as well about the people of the town, Akiko decided to give it a try.
Other: -Akiko is a Kasai (fire) Kitsune, she is able to use illusions, foxfire, and shape-shifting(Human). She has 5 out of her 9 tails. Out of habit, she still can be very formal, as it was drilled into her head since childhood. She loves spicy food and prefers tea over coffee.
-She also has a hard time in certain social situations due to not being able to experience them properly back home. Sometimes acting out in a way that would be wrong or counterproductive. She doesn't mean it in a mean way or to cause harm, she is just new to learning how to act with normal creatures as her true self.
