Mainly just fiddling around with the Newspaper
distortion tool in GIMP.
I've changed a whole lot since December 3rd, 2013
(yah I know I'm a day early for this lol)
when I joined this site as "dorklikeme808":
for one thing, my jobs have had me busy
over past couple of years alone (I hardly have time to
draw with work as well as skating and more recently;
getting back into turntablism/scratching)
but I'm still active here regardless.
NGL, I've had fun submitting art here as well;
though I've pretty much moved on from PPG,
I still consider myself a part (albeit kinda small)
of its fanbase due to some of my fanart
and even YT videos being recognized
in the overall community.
Also, I've had a few struggles on dA as well
(art theft, dealing with the occasional troll,
art block, burnout, did I mention art theft?)
but I still stayed because at least some of
the community here is still awesome and
has cool art as well ^^
Bottom line: I'm still here regularly,
but real life--not to mention my other hobbies,
kinda have me in a choke hold art wise.
I'll do what I can, that's all I can do.
