You know, looking over this pic finally made it clear to me why I like Fran.
A lot of people do, honestly, you were to ask them why, I think I lot of them would attribute it to her curves, her clumsiness, etc. And while those are all parts of her character we enjoy, (I personally adore the fact that she's a cosplayer; she and I really need to collaborate sometime! 
Without further adieu, I'll tell you that I believe it all boils down this; she's believable, and genuine.
See, a lot of writers fall prey to a common, but dangerous notion, and get so caught up in the fantastical, that they forget to incorperate the little every day things that make characters [i]relatable[/i].
Fran is the epitome of 'girl next door' without the abrasive cliche's. She's friendly and clever, yet clumsy and imperfect. She has parents that love and embarrass her, (or love TO embarrass her!) with whom she gets along well, but not perfectly. She has hopes and dreams, friends, and while she frequently gets embarrassed by the mishappenings, teasing, and other 'uh-ohs!' that occure in her life, ultimately, she takes them all in stride.
So in this way, she's a lot like the rest of us, with just enough fantasy added on to make her 'more', to make her part of something a little different, a little better than reality; something we all want to shoot for and enjoy persuing.
THAT is why Fran is the most loveable bunny since ole' Bugsy. ;3
As a side note; have you ever considered putting Fran in a Cortana or other Halo costume? Hehe, ACVI is coming out over Halloween; maybe you should have her cosplay as one of the Assassins for the midnight release.

Well now, that is indeed some very high regard for Fran, there!
I've always wanted to make sure that just about anything I do with Fran will get her character and personality across, so it's great to know that I'm achieving that (and then some, by the sounds of it!). As you know, I like to try and inject a bit of humour into each image with her. I think it offsets the fanservice and keeps it from just being outright sexual and boring. She has all these mishaps that happen to her, so it's entertaining to see how she reacts to them, and I just have fun drawing her and developing her personality and those of her friends. Sam's particularly fun for poking fun at her.
I've not yet draw Fran cosplaying Cortana or Chief, but I think they'd be great options to try at some point. I've also been meaning to have her dressed as Ezio for the longest time but I just never got around to it. AC cosplay is definitely one I want to try though, so I'll see about sketching something up when I can.

God! So damn cute, so DAMN SEXY TOO! I really love Frans about as much as I fuckin lo Felicia! Btw, bro I finally saw your stream. Finally get to catch you drawing your awesome artwork and it happens to be this one. I remember some friend of yours talking about the Zelda item theme which you employed in this piece. Its about good time i saw your stream.
And as mucch as I LOOOOVE Felicia, she seems out of place in this one? Whats her inclusion here? She's giving this same image she did in your Pink Shadow pic.

Felicia just in there because I draw Fran wearing her new outfit. I thoght it would be amusing to have Felicia wear Fran's clothes in exchange, though she's not so thrilled about it.

That is kinda reminiscing about that beautiful artwork that you made titled "pink shadow". It seems Felicia is never happy with what happens regarding Fran. I hope she does not dislike ur in the slightest. At least she's wearing something casual. XD So beautifully drawn man. You never fail to impress.

Technically speaking, Fran and Felicia don't inhabit the same universe, so there's little chance of any kind of dislike on Felicia's part. If they did ever meet though, I'm sure she'd be fine with Fran.

Wh....what? They are NOT part of the same universe/continuity?! Why is that? Personally I think it would be much more simple that way. I mean they can obviously live in two completely different locations. I also can see Tabitha becoming friends with Fran and getting into cosplay. XD

Well they live in two different time periods, really. Fran lives in a more alternate universe version of modern times (or very near future), while White Shadow takes place around 2050 or so.
More to the point though, the basic universe rules are different. The main one would be how reproduction works.
In Fran's universe, I go with a variant of "Lady and the Tramp" rules. Different species can breed with each other - for example, a bunny and an otter - and the child would turn out as one of the two species. In some cases there may be hybrids, but it's more likely they be one or the other. Also, pink bunnies.
In Felicia's universe the rules are much stricter. Those in the same genus can reproduce (cats and tigers, dogs and wolves etc), but couples of mixed genus can't, so there'd be no hybrids. This affects how society works, being similar to mixed race relationships of today. The difference is that the taboo existed (and still exists to some degree) because there is no chance of having children and furthering genetic legacy. Most of society is fine with it at this point, though occasionally there is still a bit of tension about it.
Naturally it would be easier to have them part of the same universe, but the two stories are that different from each other that it may not make much sense that way if you think about it enough. That said, I like to occasionally break universe rules with images like this.
