It reads 'Those that seek shelter from the storm often realise the true storm is within'. It is one of many ideas from the creator of the character when I discussed that I would like some graffiti on the walls. I have still to think of the visual ideas for the rest, something I aim to do later but there is a few others hidden about. This particular quote is philosophical quote from a guy named Parker that the creator of the character sort of lives by.
Very busy recently and some inspired Cyberpunk 2077 coming shortly.
