Camera angle makes the model's pose look a bit weird in this photo, I think it's because it's a rather low angle. I suggest choosing a higher angle next time, and perhaps open up the composition a little to let the model be a little smaller, so her whole body would be in the photo. The green leaves goes pretty well with the model's hair and jacket, it makes them pop, though I'm not sure that a natural background fits her outfit. I think a simple wall with a pattern could have been more effective.
Lighting is interesting, makeup is lovely and the outfit is really cute

AS A LOVER OF RED HEADS I FOUND THE JACKET A BIT DISTRACTING, WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THE RED AGAINST HER PURE WHITE SKIN WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER? woops sorry about the capitals

I'm not sure what this artist's intentions were in this photo, but to me, the hair and jacket go fine together. Not perfect, but pretty fine. I think the model's red her got its deserved attention here
