OMG! Thank you soo sooo much! I was just working on knees and legs these few days and I dont know what I did wrong! I totally omitted the highlighted muscles and it just looks weird. Tho I still need help with sitting position facing front... I don't know how to deal with the knees and thigh foreshortened that way.

mind if i ask, if u can do one with thighs spread like chun-li's spinning bird kick? i've always have problems understanding how the thigh muscles tense up and tuck in
