Used a number 2 pencil and a kneaded eraser.Why a number 2 pencil and not a nice 4b pencil?Β Didn't have one on me T.T

Awesome texture. Is this a matter of paper used?

It's a page out of one of my sketchbooks.Β The paper is a bit tougher which
allows me to use sandpaper on it if I want to get back to the white of the paper.
This one is in a frame now

Sandpaper! I would never figure it out by myself, didn't know it can give such results! It's great, especially the nose / eyes.
