I love scenes like this.~ While they often cause fights, it's still just a fun crossover. I don't think we'd be able to find a clear "victor," (I would lean more towards Goku if he was older but that's because I'm biased XD) I think the characters would have fun testing their limits.

Hmm. The Hulk, who gets stronger as he gets angrier, is nigh indestructible to the point that he has survived the apocalypse, and has no acknowledged upper limit whatsoever, against a DBZ side character. This might be the beginning of the fight, but it certainly isn't the end, at which point I imagine he'd fight Goku to a tie to keep the fans from whining.

I'm not a fan of DBZ anymore but I must point out, for one you sound like a Hulk fan somewhat complaining and two, Saiyans get 10 times stronger the more hurt they get.

I'm quite familiar with both the comic lore of the Hulk and the DBZ anime, though not a fan of either.
The Hulk gets stronger as he gets angry, not hurt, with no upper limit. He can be 10, 100, even 1,000 times stronger than normal depending on how badly he's miffed, often much more given a worthy opponent, and his durability and healing factor allowed him to survive well beyond a world-ending cataclysmic event in his original series run, which Saiyans couldn't do last I checked.
I concede, however, that he has been beaten into submission by people with superhuman agility like Spider Man. Granted, nigh-precognitive "Spider-Sense" is an ability which no Z-Fighter has, so my point still stands:
It would come down to a slug-fest between Goku and Hulk, with Goku typically avoiding the Hulk's hits with Instant Transmission, though the Hulk would keep going in spite of Goku's assault because he's a brick, and eventually it would reach a stalemate when Goku exhausted himself right around the time the Hulk finally blew off all of his steam.
As a final point, regardless of the arrogance and prejudice towards other media which hardcore anime fans in my area are known for, it is mandatory in the comics industry for crossover bouts to end in ties to keep the fanb*tches on either side from whining, and a tie was my argument the whole time.

THOR , WOLVERINE, SPIDER MAN (AS CAPTAIN UNIVERSE) etc. The list isn't big but Hulk isn't unstoppable I've read quite a few comics and Hulk was defeated several time by Thor and Wolverine let alone Goku who as powers comparable of captain universe (god like powers).
And I'm a fan of both.

First of all, Goku NEVER keeps senzu beans with him at all times.
When was the last time hulk sat quietly waiting for his enemy to eat, even a bean???
How many times the characters had died before they could eat a sanzu bean, also, how many times they have died and how many times HULK has died?
How many sanzu beans master Karin gave to them the last time (If I remmember well only 2 or 3)??
Hulk, like the guy above said, is almost immortal, and gets stronger immediately, by itself, without needing to do anything (eat a bean).
