here is my improvement over exactly one year! i created this account and drew felixandra for the first time on august 5 2016, so its not only my account's birthday but felixandra's as well : D as you can imagine im very excited to see all my hard work pay off.just look at how bad my first drawing on this website was. i think its safe to say ive improved a bit. i stopped relying on bases and learned to draw anatomy and poses by using references. screw everyone that was rood and tried to bring me down! but thank you so much to everyone that supported me and encouraged me to keep doing art! :3

I think it does look great but I think you should either have lines where the clothes are too + hair or maybe have 0 lines. It's up to you. Because in my opinion it does look a bit weird when the only lines are of the base you made.
Now I don't know what drawing program you use (I think ms paint. Now don't get me wrong I don't dislike ms paint there are people who has made amazing art with paint). But maybe get a drawing program were you can add layers ^^

One thing I am advising is to lower the color. They slight hurt the eyes. And can you try to draw her in other pieces wearing something besides a red dress? Having multiple outfits for a character is something that is nice. Other than that, your doing well.
