January : www.deviantart.com/realfunlock… while i was proud of this at the time and i still somewhat am i see now that it couldve been a bit better. the white light from the camera doesnt work well, and theres areas like the bow missing definition.
February : (LINK NONEXISTANT) i think that this was pretty decent though deni looks too much of a kid and a bit too... short. xd
March : www.deviantart.com/realfunlock… dont have much to say, i think hes pretty good tho maybe there shouldve been more shadows.
April : (LINK NONEXISTANT) not much id change except the back ground, the blue looks a bit too much..
May : www.deviantart.com/realfunlock… not much id change here either, just little things about the background maybe.. and maybe stitching to delusion as well.
June : (LINK NONEXISTANT) nope. got nothin to say, i think it looks great as is.

October : www.deviantart.com/realfunlock… id probably just change the teeth to be shaded more.. properly.

December : www.deviantart.com/realfunlock… id probably fix the holes in the limbs to show..
overall i think this was a pretty good year for my art.

Do you always use references to draw ? Or do you just know where to shade instinctivly

6 of the 12 were made without references, i dont find it necessary to make a reference all the time, however when i do decide to it usually betters the artwork as ill know where the specular goes perfectly
