I did this pic a long time ago. I use to always see Obama puting his foot in the table or always taking off his shoes. So I always figured if he would mind someone just slipping off his shoes and showing him some tickle love😆. Anyways

Story:
While Obama was president, he had a bad habit of always putting his feet up on the table. His cleaner would find it hard to hold her tounge as she would clean the table just for Obama to put his dirty shoes on it.
One day she got so mad and told the head cleaner about this. He offered to take her shift to see how bad it was. He was smart and was always a step before anyone in the white house, including the president.
So he walked in there to clean the table and at the same time Obama was there. On the phone with his feet on the table. The head clear asked Obama kindly to at least take of his shoes before putting his feet up, but Obama ignored him. He then asked Obama to put his feet down so he can clean the table but Obama played stubborn while talking on the phone. The cleaner chuckled and cleaned the table with Obamas feet on it.
Obama then started playing with the cleaner by wiping his dirty shoes on areas that the head cleaner cleaned. "So u wanna play games now. Ok" he muttered to Obama who was still on the phone. He bent down to Obamas feet and started to peel on his heel, teasing him. Knowing Obama was stubborn he knew that he would not put his feet down no matter what. He peeled of the heel of his right foot and siad for him to at least take of his shoes . "You like that" he whispered to Obama so that the person on the other line couldn't hear. He made Obama uncomfortable at first but then he started to peel off more of the shoe. Obama was still trying to act like it wasn't affect him. He watched Obama scream quietly "put them back on", trying to stay professional on the phone. As he pulled of the whole shoe he saw a hole in the sheer sock. The cleaner couldn't help himself. He didn't want to lose his job but it was the perfect tickle opportunity. The cleaner looked ams smiled at Obama. Obama knew he was on trouble and tried to hold the nerves and anger in. But then he felt tickling his bare skin through the hole. He leaped out his chiar for a second. He lost control and was trying to stay calm but it wasn't working. He could not hang up as this was a call that had his job at stake. So he just laught as quietly as he could.
The cleaner saw tears rolling down his face. "Yeh you still wan' play Barak, i'm go brake you" the cleaned muttered. He peeled of the second shoe and went for the heels again. Both of Obamas feet were under attack and his laughter was starting to show through the conversation on the phone. Or the cleaner could hear was "Hummm hahahaha. I-iimmm nottahah laughing heheh" to the person or the phone. The cleaner didn't care about Obama putting his feet down anymore. He was injoying this way too much. He just wanted to brake him into tears of laughter. Even if he did put his feet down he would creep under the table and tickle him hard.
His goal was to ba-rake Obama😈
