I was lucky enough to go there five years ago.
I took voluntary Japanese classes at school back then and my teacher also worked at the bureau for sister cities relationships. So one day she asked us if someone wanted to participate in an exchange with our Japanese sister city.
Can't you take a course at evening school or other educational institutions? That's what I did when I graduated.
Yes it surely is not cheap...I am going there again this year for summer vacation with my little sister *_*. Have wanted to go again ever since back then and now that I have my own income, it is manageable.

i thought it was a pretty good idea and baymax's suit was highly damaged and you could see his body a bit (look on youtube for baymax's goodbye and see it yourself)and the title will be...
