Description

Moar covers of covers.

Original shot by none other than Pepe González himself, the primary artist which drew Vampirella during her very first appearances as a solo heroine, during the Warren Comics Era.

On it, Vampirella was said to be an "alien vampire", hailing from the planet known as Drakulon, in stark contrast to her later "Biblical" origins in the Harris and Dynamite Comics Eras, which state instead that she is the vampyric daughter of the Demon Matriarch Lilith and of Cain, the First Murderer.

Picture was the cover for the issue Vampirella #46, October 1075.

For the record: all references to her home world "Drakulon" were re-imagined in the new canons (Harris and Dynamite Comics) as dreams which were implanted onto Vampirella´s mind when she was a child, by her demonic mother Lilith, in order to misguide her.
