It's Star Wars Day and I actually made something for it.To be honest, Darth Vader's original design is perfect in my opinion, maybe because I've grown up with it and always thought that it was the coolest thing ever. But I still wanted to try my hand at redesigning it. Hope you enjoy.

I like this kind of darth vader. Vader's eyes are visible while wearing the helmet and a gas mask to see his expression through his eyes.

Sieht sehr samurai beeinflusst aus ah oder hast du das mehr an der restlichen Mode des Universums orientiert? Also wie Bobba etc. rumlaufen.

original vader ist ja sowieso schon von samurai-inspired. manche sachen hab ich einfach so designed weil ich es cool fand, wie das side-cape zB. aber ja der rest von ihm ist ziemlich samurai-mΓ€Γig, mit dem achsel-schnitt da und dem kimono-ausschnitt oder was auch immer man das nennt.
aber das ist recht normal in star wars, auch mit jedi-klamotten und so, die haben sich da auch schon viel von samurai und japan und so inspirieren lassen

interessant, ich hab mich immer gewundertr, warum mir das design so komisch vertraut vorkam, aber ich hab nie die verbindung dahin gesehn, weil ich halt nich weiter mit dem franchise zu tun hab.

yeah it's really hard to improve on vader, i've tried too. even his doofy chest piece is kinda kitschy.

very true. I had another version where he still had his computer looking chest panel but i like how it turned out in the end more.
