I use a regular thin line I have another program too, its called pixen, but I can't remember if it works for windows too

Ok, ok. I gonna try to narrow it down:
You use the thin line. (Yes, yes. I See.)
Pixen. (Lol Never heard it before.)

You invert colors right? Atributes: Black and white.
Since they're so thin lines: How to you color them?
Let's say they're red and I want them... green. How would I go about doing that?
