It's been a few months since I took the photo, but I seem to recall that for the 10 minutes I was there he did spend at least half his time looking a bit like that (although I did catch him looking particularly goofy in that shot)! When he actually bothers to close his mouth properly and lift his ears he looks a bit more normal - this is the same llama , believe it or not
