Very smooth, Scratch.Octavia and Vinyl Scratch sharing a scarf, as requested by
I tried something new with the hair here, but it didn't turn out as I expected. But at least I like to think that my eyes and shading are getting better. Notice the ever so slight blush on Tavi's cheeks?
Just uploading this now before I keep "tweaking" it into oblivion. Man, Octavia's design is awesome. No wonder Scratch likes her so much.

the style of this makes it look good as is, color makes most drawings look better but i think this particular one would lose its charm if it were to be colored, nice job btw
