I ship Luigi and Princess Daisy because...well I have to ship them with somebody. It's canonish that Luigi has a thing for her majesty Princess Daisy. Why not? If Mario can be Peach's king and rule the Mushroom Kingdom alongside her, why can't his brother Luigi be Daisy's king and rule along side her in Sarasaland? The shy and cautious plumber and the energetic tomboy princess go together. I say that fantasy sounds like a valid speculation.
