Just Cosmo the Seedrian with a different design.Yes, I made her knowledgeable though nerdy grown-up bookworm (at least in her late teen years).
You know, Cosmo is that one favorite female Sonic character of mine that i've been forgetting about for a while. But now that i'm bringing her up again, I think she is quite deserving of being one of my favorites. She's definitely up there along with Tiara, Blaze, Bunnie, Mina, Cream and Fiona.
