I wasn't about to complain either. She was alive, good enough for me. I still really could care less about Kagura, I'm shameless. Am I the only one who doesn't care if she and Minerva have a "fair" fight just that Minerva gets her face ground into the dirt?

Yes. See, it could've gone three ways:
1. Erza and Kagura make a temporary truce to defeat Minerva in order to save Millianna, and afterwards they duke it out.
2. Kagura wounds/kills Erza, and it goes the way Bankai-san described in his last review.
3. Minerva switches Erza with Millianna just to f*** with Kagura's head.
I would've preferred either one! Tell me I'm wrong!
