Description
So I was watching Princess Resurrection, and this scene came up where one of the characters was plastered against the window. I thought "I HAVE to make this a base!" So I did.
EDIT: Changed from a black outline.

Bases are usually drawn without hair so that other people can draw their character's hair. Did that answer your question, or were you referring to something else?
