What you're seeing in this Digital Drawing is a type of Surgery called a 'Vivisection' which is technically having yourself operated on, with out anesthetic, and majority of the time, the patient (victim) is strapped down to the operating table as a 'Mad' Surgeon/Scientist performs the operation.
(Sorry for the dark, creepy comment, I don't mean to scare anyone.. :/ )
