Specialty   █   Fuuko's fighting style characterizes in quick jumps and agile flips. Her kicks deal more damage than her weapons as she has more strength in her legs than her arms. Using her still weak power of controlling plants, she also tends to attack with magical leaves or sprout bombs, indicating she can't really create new fully grown plants yet.

Background   █ Once upon a time, there used to be a lone sakura tree, blooming on top of a hill outside a small town rich with nature. The tree was a usual resting spot for the travelers who would walk down the rocky path below the hill during spring, not a single one being able to resist the beauty of its blooming treetop.

                                          The pink petals of the cherry blossoms painted the scenery around it regularly every year, until, without a reason known to anyone, it had stopped blooming. Years passed, the delicate tree remaining without a single bud on it; how long has it been? 1? 2? 10 years? But as time went by, it became clear that the tree hadn't died out - it has just been blooming bizarrely slowly. The treetop gradually got covered with gradients of light pink and white again, displaying unmistakable signs of life. This wouldn't have been odd to anyone, if it hadn't remained in such state during few wholesome years. People of the nearby town had gotten curious, exactly what had this odd cycle of blooming symbolized? More and more villagers started to approach it in intrigue, it almost becoming a touristic attraction of the sort. And it would have been only that if after months of crowds gathering around it they hadn't noticed that there was a child-like voice coming from within the tree's core. The townspeople were confused, scared. There were no words forming from the plant, only deformed mumbles. As quickly as the sakura became a subject of fascination, it turned into a symbol of curse.

                                          "The tree has taken hostage of an orphan." "Who knows how many kids it has eaten up already." "It has kidnapped a traveler's child." "It is to be cut down and burned." The people chanted restlessly, wanting to rid of the curse that has befallen on their village - but no one had been brave enough to approach the tree, fearing it might eat them up as well. The only one person who was willing to come closer to it had been an old lady owning a orchard. "The tree is not cursed, it's just sick!" The granny tried convincing her neighbors, but no one believed her for she was old and senile. Not caring what the others thought of her, she had set on a trip to visit the odd plant, carrying only a pair of scissors.

                                          Arriving to the spot, she felt the tree's bark with her hands and examined it carefully. There had been no signs of oddities showing on the surface of the trunk at all. However, this had not stopped the determined lady to get to the bottom of this 'curse'. In high spirits, she had managed to climb up the sakura and had made her way into the blooming treetop. However, what she had seen in there definitely wasn't an ill tree. It was a child, appearing to be around 11 years old, sleeping with her long hair tangled in the branches with a placid smile painting her peaceful face. Hesitant, the granny had cut the tangled ends of the child's hair and pulled her in her grasp. She carefully hopped back on the ground before placing the sleeping girl on the warm grass and proceeded to lightly shake her in attempts to wake her up.

                                          After the child had woken up, she blinked at the lady cluelessly, seeming not to know anything of the happenings inside the village. The granny had explained the situation among the townspeople to her, to which the girl had responded in worry. She had turned to the tree and spoke to it in concern, referring to it as 'mama'. The granny had been confused, was this tree really the child's mother? Fuuko was how the girl had introduced herself as she proceeded to explain how she can see the spirits of plants and how this particular tree had been her, without a doubt, real mother. The two returned to the village, hopeful of the people changing their minds regarding the unique tree. But they had no luck as the townspeople appeared to have gotten even angrier, now determined to destroy the cursed plant. And so after a week had passed, they have. The only memory of her mother, Fuuko carries around her neck - a ring with an odd tale behind it.

                                          Fuuko had continued to live with the gentle granny, although being thrown away by the villagers as the cursed sakura child. One day after a year or two had passed, she overheard a story about the El, a force able to grant any wish. Fascinated, Fuuko started to train for her upcoming adventure to find the mysterious force and revive her mother. Training herself into good shape, she set off on a trip, saying her goodbyes to her loving granny. Upon her travels, she had overheard people talking about a town blessed by the El she had been seeking and headed towards it in high spirits - Elbor.

                                          Fuuko is very friendly, sometimes too friendly. She will befriend anyone who she sees, no matter if they're bandits or demons or anything else that means only harm. She believes people too easily, but she doesn't really get hurt if she finds out they lied. She thinks there's good in every creature, whether it's just an animal or a bug. She acts really childishly considering she's been living on land and with humans for only 2 years. She will recklessly go to adventures, not giving much thought about the worst case scenarios.
