I just saw a Japanese document on dinosoaurs(sp?) yesterday, and it said that the Earth was five times the temperature it is now back then. Also, that the air was much more thick with Carbon Dioxide.Sooo, I wonder how the turtles were able to walk around normally in that condition when they traveled back in time with Renet.
Well~ on the documentary it DID sound like the information was pretty recent, and since this was following the old comic series --- Not blaming anyone. =w=
... And I JUST remembered the turtles were in disguise when they arrived in the time. Meh.
This was drawn with a mouse at school on Flash. So you may notice the messiness in the lines.

Actually the TMNT probably would have preferred the Mesozoic to modern New York. Turtles are cold-blooded, so they are more active and less lethargic in hotter conditions than in colder ones.
BTW, reptiles don't sweat.
