Pokémon:
Sparkles (Shiny Crobat):
Sparkles was originally obtained as a shiny Golbat in Victory Road. Even though it wasn't purple, it was a bat...and f*cking shiny. So Kael kicked its ass and caught it.
In battle, Sparkles does what he is told, but when the battle is over, he becomes lazy and ignores Kael. Which makes Kael supa supa sad.
Sparkles is the lead of the team.

Gang (Gengar):
Gang was Kael's first Pokemon and was obtained as a Ghastly at the Pokemon Academy both he and Wisber had attended when they were [slightly] younger. That Ghastly has [obviously] evolved since then.
Gang is willing to obey any order given to him by Kael...but this Gengar seems to be hiding something.

Citrus (Ariados):
Citrus basically has no thought of her own, almost no personality what-so-ever. Well, besides loving Kael. She hardly speaks...unless it's to Kael. She is basically the endurance of the team and is used when Kael is in a tight pinch.

Skree (Zubat):
Skree is the name of the Zubat on his head.
Cause all it does is SKREEEEEEEEEECH
It's not registered for battle.

Kael's storage Pokemon are Seviper and Nidorino.

Kael's family life isn't important, so I won't mention it. Born in Fuchsia City, Kael had a fascination with Poison types. He later joined a Pokemon Academy where he gained his first Pokemon, Ghastly and learned about Kylie (in which he was told to NOT turn out like her). But he ignored all those mean words about her~
Anyone who could do all that with Poison types was worth to be loved~
He also met Wisber, where they shared a room. Kael was constantly being teased or so by Wisber, but only to have the same reaction toward him. It wasn't an angry reaction, but their relationship was more of the love/hate one. Or rather that their 'friendship' wouldn't last unless they constantly made fun of each other.
Kael is hardly serious, which it's why it's really hard for a serious person like Wisber to agree with Kael.

Hat (Shiny Murkrow)
Hat was found during Wisber's travel through Johto. Knowing Murkrow liked shiny objects, he pulled out some coins so he'd have it better to engage a battle with a Murkrow. The plan worked, being surrounded by a whole band. There was one with different colour. With the help of his Haunter, he managed to catch her.
Since then he could see not only her colours were different from the rest of Murkrow, she was pretty open to tease with her traveling friends without attacking how the stories about this Pokémon said.
In battle she'll always obey Wisber's orders, no matter what they are.

Dopel (Gengar)
He isn't a conventional trainer, Dopel was his first Pokémon. Being his family in charge of the Lavender Tower, since he was a child he was surrounded by the Ghost Pokémon living there. When it was his time to leave the town to begin his travel, Dopel came to him as he wanted to continue playing with Wisber.
Dopel likes to scare people and Pokémon, he has a lot of fun doing so. Troubles came to him because of that, but nothing his trainer couldn't solve.
Battles for him are a game where he has to do what his trainer says. He enjoys battles, especially when he's winning.

Saster (Absol)
Saster is a special Pokémon for Wisber. Wisber didn't travel alone all the time, he in fact traveled with a good friend from the Holycross family. One day, walking through the mist, they fell. His friend died. Wisber still thinks it was his fault, since his friend told him to wait till the mist was gone.
After asking to Giratina (as how someone asks for a wish), Saster appeared and took Wisber's back bag, now behind them there wasn't his friend's body.
Saster is really obedient and will do what Wisber tells him to do, except when he thinks it's dangerous or not the proper thing to do. He's protective over his trainer and won't let anyone to hurt him.

Wisber's family is in charge of the Lavender Town Tower, he's always been surrounded and interested in Ghost types, as well as for the mysterious Dark types his family always adored.
Sometimes he can seem cold, especially if he's battling alone.
A year after the first PCBC finished and Fluna returned him his Weavile, he found a Summer Pokémon Academy, and thought it'd be a good idea to spend some time there, so he could learn more things about his favourite types and how to fight against their weaknesses.
In there he met Kael, a rather impulsive and forgetful trainer, with an obsession over Poison types.
With him he discovered teasing on people could be funny, but he just seems to practice that when Kael is around. Two years later they found each other again, and because of a mistake they are now sharing a room again... and fighting together!
Wisber doesn't dislike Kael, but his way of acting towards him may look like that. He actually has fun, but them being like opposite sides of a coin, it's hard to get to a common land of agreement.
