Slimes draw near....

GAAAH! These are ornaments for my boyfriend's tree. He is a big fan of the Dragon Quest video games. These guys are some of the enemies that you encounter in the game.

This is my first try at messing around with clay. They turned out better than I expected. I need to figure out an easier way to do the faces. That was the hardest part.

They are made out of Fimo modeling clay and painted with acrylic paints. I used markers to outline their features. I dipped them in polyurethane gloss to make them shiny.
