"Erubescence" --> Reddening, or the process of transitioning into the colour of red.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When he was several years younger, CLAUDE had a mentality that it would be
for the benefit for his family and hometown if he just ended his own life or disappeared from them...
Because he was led to believe that his disability, Albinism, and Darlet Phantomic power to
control Blood were a curse that would only endanger everyone around him.
However, his encounter with X-II many years later,
would change his perspective about his life purpose and capabilities.

I have not drawn anything THIS gory for quite a while ahahaa...
But I might do more though, to depict more of my other characters' backstories.

it's more sad than disturbing (if that's why you mentioned it being "gory"). nice pose and i feel for this character ;v;
and i don't think that when a person does art like this, they should immediately be equated to being depressed/suicidal. while it can a "symptom" it's not always the case.
