I'm still not sure how to color discordian children.Either way, have lots of purple.
Witch is going up for draw to adopt as well, so here we go.
Here are the rules:
-draw this character how you would use her and in your style (don't recolor my sketches for this)
-give her a basic personality/backstory
-no bases
I will pick the winner based on effort and creativity with the backstory/personality
If you win you are free to adjust minor design choices, such as: changing some colors, adding a few markings, maybe mixing another animal in there, etc.

Discord -don't know the species Discord is-
She's a playful and mischevious girl. She loves to play pranks but her specialty is actually making stories appear in the sky. Her magic allows her to do this due to her mother being the princess of the night, Luna. She sometimes uses the stars to communicate stories but otherwise she would make a fire and create pictures with the smoke. She tells tales of witches and demons that would haunt the land at night whenever kids did wrong and they would scare the kids for their whole life unless they did better. Some parents call her a witch because she scares the kids like that come night but she's really just kind of a showboat. She would make grand stories and sometimes tire herself out to make things tangible from the smoke. She also goes overboard at times once hurting somepony with a tale of the ursa minor. She would never forgive herself. Otherwise, she continues to travel around giving her best stories and making sure that people have fun.

I've made sure that the watermark is in such a place that it doesn't block out any colors entirely. The stripes on her back are the same periwinkle on her neck/tail.
