And here's the colored version. Sorry about the quality but I currently can't fix it. I'll edit it when I get the programs for it.I should really break out my colored pencils more often. I have fun with them.

I like the pseudo-flame coloring on the overalls, as well as how the tail almost looks like an extension of her hair

And the reason I did the tail as hair was because I had already done her mane as hair, not fire. I have a pattern to keep up here.

The hair was the most fun part!
What's funny is that I almost made the overalls blue, but I thought this might work better. Especially considering the pokemon it's based off of.

Yeah, but I was supposed to actually DO things today. Instead I colored this, drew and partially colored a Chansey, and played pokemon for hours. All while watching The Prince of Egypt, My Neighbor Totoro, and Princess Mononoke along with countless episodes of Sergeant Frog and Yugioh Abridged.
Needless to say, this was a very unproductive day. (Not to mention a geeky one...)
