Because, dear person, they got slots when I DID have them open.
On Christmas I opened up fifteen slots for requests, in the spirit of the season. These are all people who messaged me in time to get one of those slots. Once they were filled then I closed requests.
You did not get one of those slots. And I only stated requests were closed.
This is perfectly fair and your timing was just off. I'm sorry that you couldn't make it in time, but I cannot make special exceptions to the rules that I have placed. The only reason they are being posted NOW and not around Christmas is because I got rather busy with work and had no time to work on them.
