Wallpaper: mine is modded a bit to fit the color theme of lovelace, you can find the original here
I am also using Weather xwidget plus a rainmeter system monitor skin.
Taskbar: Thin taskbar with TBarIconblanker, media player, and T-clock redux (inspiration came from /u/niivu 's screenshots)
