My contest entry for the Mastermind competition. I got number 7, purple guy.I think purple guy is the master mind because he killed the little boy at Fred bears family diner. After this the boys spirit was stuck inside of the marionette. He then used this marionette and the golden Freddy suit to lure the children away. The marionette was then forced to watch as the purple killed the children, thus causing its hate for adults finding them all as threats. This is why the animatronics attack you. In the give life mini game I believe that the marionette gave them there reason to hate adults as well and that's why they attack you.
Why is that important? Well it's hard to pin murder on the purple guy if people are dying after he left. The police would find no connection to him if he isn't around and then him off the hook.
Not only would this let him off scot free but he has also left a mental imprint into the marionette. When he sees the player with the Freddy mask on all he thinks of is the purple man. He then attacks you, then game over.
The only thing able to calm him is the music box,
The purple guy knew that he would be free once the did this, he planed everything out and enjoys knowing what he has done, I also believe that he is the one who left the Freddy mask just so you can die by the marionette
