Already posted this Pokemon but here's a better picture. It's water/flying and the prevo of Aerocea. Delphair live on mountaintops in lakes. They can fly around but rarely travel far from their mountain. Females look different but I'm still working on that.

I'd have posted this with its evo but the style is so different it'd look weird.
