A sketch I spent too long on. I sketched both my Manectric (I have one shiny and one not) but I spent so long getting Mega Manectric's spikes to look right that I ended up coloring this sketch. This Pokemon is NOT fun to draw, that's for sure, but it was fun to color.Storm was the 2nd 5IV shiny I personally bred. Really proud of her!
