This is called Tarspook. It's a pure ghost type and doesn't evolve. Tarspook are found in deep, dark, foggy forests. They only come out at night. They are always lonely and follow travelers around if they find them. The eye on its back seems to have a mind of its own. At night their loud wailing cries can be heard for miles.
