i don't believe i've told you this, but i absolutely love your icon.


i feel like less of an artist because i can't think of some insightful bs to spit out about my work. it seems everyone can spit out rhetoric about the socio economic impact of their work, and i'm just all like "it's pretty!!". it kinda makes me feel like a child. :\

Feh, just because you can't think of somthing deep and philosophical doesn't make you shallow and immature. Sometimes, people try too hard and it becomes all artsy-fartsy. imho, for people to love your work, it has to come from the heart. If you really love it, other people will too. I you love it, there'll always be a backstory, it's just a matter of whether it's insightful, or simple, plain silly fun.
