They are flip flops. But you can customize the clothing and the hair and pose to your own desire.

I have one little s uggestion though (OMG A FIRST TIME. O0O): when it comes to baggy and/or oversized sleeves like =Juggled 's, a little more shading in those areas can help emphasize the bagginess/bigness of them. >u< ; Not that too many folds are needed, but a little bit is good enough. [=
However, I guess that's something that depends on the person's style ! >3< 'Cause I've seen artists who like to add folds to every area that they feel needs it, and some who only like to add a little bit to give the viewers a general idea of the bagginess/tightness of clothing, etc. (:
