Oh goodness. I'm absolutely in love with the colors you used for the background! I adore the little Pikachu in the corner... But, the based on the size of the canvas, you may want to make the lil' Pikachu a tiny bit bigger, or, maybe you could have cropped the canvas. The effect of the Thunder attack was very well captured-- The grass has a matching, yellow glow. Right now, though, the Pikachu looks as if it is floating on the grass. If it was sitting on the grass, some of it would be covering up the areas that are pushing down on it, so, one could expect some grass to be slightly covering the tail, and the Pikachu's bottom.
Other than that, this is a lovely piece, and I enjoyed viewing it. Keep up the good work!
