Ooooo i really like this one
I especially like the attention to detail (the person and birds in the far background) and the coloring style. What program did you use? The coloring is very well done, from the lighting to the water... Awesome pic XD!!!!

Also the way you use saturated colors is intriquing... but it still has this "plastick" feel. Prolly because you use much black and white shading/higlights.
