well I doodled this in math class, and I wuz like hey this is good, so I coloured it and WALA we have this
I luv your comments and suggestions, so dont be shy, tell me away XD oh and 
I actually did hands! and they arent suckish! 
um and I wuznt depressedwhen I did this, after a while I wuz like "hm... I dont have any room to draw that thing I wanted to draw so Ill just leave it like this." so whut I wuz planning to have her reach out to like crying over is sold out shoes, but you fill in that blank spot however you want Idc. well I gotta say this is my best picture yet. oh and if you cant see, the girl is yelling "NOO!"

Really good! However, the neck is too long! Also, add some more veins to the neck and chest. And you should add some wrinkles on the clothes to give off a more realistic feeling. Oh, and add shading too! It's very important, so that it looks very realistic.

I must say, she is a little too thin :3 Her shirt is a little weird too, i think it needs a little more curve around some places, but other than that, i think u did a great job!

although, her hands are really small.
the hand should be as big as the face when it is outstretched all the way

i like alot of it but i would suggest that you be a bit more careful with the placement. if you moved the reaching arm up about 3 lines it would look more natural , and it would show that the neck isn't as long as it seems 
other then that that you did a very good job
