Ponification of my GTA Online Character .Probably not 100% accurate.
Scopey is a gunrunner who spams explosive Heavy Sniper Mk2 rounds and Hydra missiles/explosive cannon all day. Well, not all day, she also likes cruising in her Declasse Weaponized Tampa . Definitely not a nice pony, unless you're a member of her organization. In that case, Scopey will protect you and make sure your delivery vehicle doesn't get destroyed by the cops or hostile ponies.
