Hmmm... so for her cutie mark maybe a a magic wand with some sparkles would work. Now hold on, this sounds clichie I know but I think you could do somethings to make stand out... firstly maybe you could make the wand black with a black diamond at its bottom and then a purple 5-point star at the top with some shiny to it or glow. Then add a five 6 or 8 point stars in the shape of a arch around the wand's tip.
Then the name. I have a couple.
