Description
This is an early cut at the cover for my novel The Tale of the Crane Princess, done in MidJourney of course.Β The novel is a retelling of the Tsuruhime "myth", and what I was looking for was a picture of Tsurue (the main character) looking wistfully out to sea -- a sea she could not cross without fading away until she was given that ability.Β Obviously in this shot she is not looking "out" to sea, so I didn't use it.Β The image ultimately used for the cover is the current cover image of my DA page, but this is still a pretty picture, so here it is.
