Just a little wire tree i've been workin on. still need to finish wrapping it and get it secured to the glass lump better but figured i'd put it up anyway.Related content

I love your trees. They are different from some of the others I have seen, I'm impressed you did some with stainless steel too! Yikes. I am working on one with gold wire and tigereye stone chips right now, and I will be making some more soon I hope. How did you affix the trees to the lumps of glass?

The attachment varies from tree to tree. Most are Loctite glass glue. But that doesn't work on the stainless, at least not very well. I had to put a single blob of quick set epoxy right under the trunk after I formed the roots to the rock. Its a pain and I lost a good little chunk of skin in the process but it was worth it lol.

yeowch, I will have to see what i can come up with for mine. epoxy is a good idea, hopefully it won't be too painful

This was my first little tree. only about 3 inches tall. Up till this I didn't make anything smaller than 2 feet tall.
