Hmm, it might help if you make the neck ruff more fluffy/thick, and the legs thicker/shorter.
Possibly making the avatar a tad bigger overall so the changes are more noticable?

I knew there was something that needed changing! Ruffles in the fur would make it alot better. 
I don't think i'll make it any bigger as it wouldn't match the other dog avatars I made
