I never got to tell you, but from the moment you posted this piece & I saw it... ...It really helped me through my hard day. ^_^ Thank you so much, FuzzyPickles42 ~

I find it fascinating what you wrote in your comment: "If I had like, no standards and all the time in the universe my gallery would be nothing but fluffy stuff like this, honestly." Never thought of putting it that way before!! But I completely know what you mean, because... I have sooo many drawings compared to so few posts on dA!!! ...Must be a bit of a "standards" thing, after all. (Plus, you know, time. Like you said.)

Funny how, even with both of our comments on standards and fluffy stuff... This piece, in particular, really spoke to me. It helped me so much when I was really in need. I hadn't realized how much I needed this, until I saw your piece. (Isn't that what I want to give, too, through my own art pieces? ...)

The shading is also beautiful. You used such subtlety with your gradients and strokes; it's almost like I could reach my hand onto this picture and literally feel the soft texture beneath my fingers. (Really, amazing technique.) The lines of emotion that you drew on Papyrus' face win me over, too-- *especially* in his eyebrows. ^____^ The motion of his scarf, the shape of his boots, turned out so perfectly, too. And sans' splayed fingers are really satisfying to see. (And, how their noses were drawn such that they're like upside-down hearts? At least to my eyes? Not sure if it was your intent, but the soft shapes give such a great touch to these two characters!!)

Finally, I'll add that I concur with your sentiment above: "It's been almost a year and these guys are still consuming my soul."

Oh my gosh, if I ever heard Papyrus tell this to Sans...I'd have a heart attack, die, and go to Super Heaven. That's right, it's like Heaven, but in 16 bits instead of 8. Heaven 32X and Heaven 64 soon to come.
