Something "new" from me for the first time in three years. Work will hopefully calm down soon and then I'll have time to take photos again.

For this shot I had a Yongnuo YN560 Speedlite in a 40cm square softbox right above her, pointing down and standing in front of her - positioned so that the edge of the softbox is just in front of her and lighting with just the fall-off light from the softbox.

If you examine the catch-lights in her eyes, you can see the softbox's position.

I also had a 48cm Ring Light (65W) in front of her, about 1.5 meters away for fill light and, of course, the round catchlights in her eyes.
